Work at LFS

We think LFS is a great place to work.  The community experience is real, positive, and encouraging.  Many of us socialize after work, including informal group singing, cultural outings, and faculty/staff theater productions.  The compensation packages for full-time work include a generous health, dental, and vision insurance plan, a matching pension contribution, tuition remission for employee children, funds for professional development, and summer curriculum grants.

We are eager to hire and retain employees who reflect the racial, religious, gender, and cultural diversity of our student body.
