I’ve been an educator in Friends’ schools for the past seventeen years. I began my career after obtaining an undergraduate degree in child development from Connecticut College and a master’s in elementary education from Chestnut Hill College.
My educational approach aligns with Friends’ education, as I believe in the inherent value of each individual and the ongoing search for truth. Before arriving at Lansdowne Friends’, I taught at Frankford Friends’ School as a third grade lead teacher, and STEM and library teacher. I know that Lansdowne Friends’ School embodies Friends’ schools best practices in Quaker education and I am honored to be a part of this community. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy reading, gardening and tennis.
